 At Prolific Sports HQ, we believe every child deserves to train in the right environment. To make sure kids feel challenged but never overwhelmed, we group athletes by age, skill level, and sometimes gender. This structure helps them build confidence, grow at their own pace, and enjoy the game while improving. 

By Age Groups

 

We know younger kids learn differently than teens, so our training groups are divided into clear age brackets:


  • Rookies (Ages 5–7): A fun, supportive introduction to sports. Focus on movement, coordination, and basic skills through games.
     
  • Juniors (Ages 8–10): Building a solid foundation—learning core skills, teamwork, and developing confidence on the court or field.
     
  • Pre-Teens (Ages 11–13): Sharpening technique, applying strategy, and beginning to compete at a higher pace.
     
  • Teens (Ages 14+): Advanced drills, competitive game play, and performance training for athletes looking to take their skills to the next level.

By Skill Level

 

Every child enters at a different point, so we make sure they’re placed where they’ll thrive most:


  • Beginner (Development): For athletes new to the sport. We focus on fundamentals, motor skills, and fun.
     
  • Intermediate (Growth): For kids with some experience who are ready to expand skills, build game IQ, and grow confidence.
     
  • Advanced (Performance): For athletes with strong skills, seeking fast-paced, competitive training to maximize performance.

By Gender

 

  • Co-Ed Training: Most of our younger classes are co-ed, creating a fun and inclusive learning environment.
     
  • Gender-Specific Training: As athletes grow older or move into competitive levels, some programs are separated into Boys and Girls divisions for focused development.
