TERMS AND AGREEMENTS

Prolific Sports HQ

Class Length: Each class runs for one (1) hour.
Schedule & Location: Classes take place at the times and locations posted on our website.
Missed Classes: Missed classes are non-refundable. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed but may be offered at the discretion of Prolific Sports HQ.
Conduct & Safety: Students must follow all safety rules and coach instructions. Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from class without refund.

Payment Due: Tuition must be paid in full at the time of purchase in order to secure your child’s spot in the program.
Non-Transferable: Skills classes purchased are valid only for the registered child and may not be shared, transferred, or credited to another participant.

No Refunds: Classes may be canceled at any time; however, tuition is non-refundable.
No Credits: Prorated credits or transfers for unused classes will not be provided.

Timeliness: Parents/guardians must ensure their child arrives on time for class and is picked up promptly at the end of the session.
Supervision & Conduct: Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s behavior during Prolific Sports HQ activities and agree to support coaches in maintaining a positive and respectful environment.
Property Care: Parents/guardians accept responsibility for any damage to facilities, equipment, or property caused by their child’s actions.

Medical Conditions: Parents/guardians must inform Prolific Sports HQ and its coaches of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their child’s participation.
Health Certification: Parents/guardians confirm that their child is in suitable health to safely participate in Prolific Sports HQ activities.
Assumption of Risk: Parents/guardians understand that participation in sports involves inherent risks of injury, which may include but are not limited to sprains, fractures, and heat-related illness.
Liability Release: By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and agree that Prolific Sports HQ is not responsible for injuries that occur during normal participation in training or activities. Parents/guardians agree to hold Prolific Sports HQ harmless in such cases.

Use of Photos & Videos: Photos and/or videos may be taken during classes and events for training, promotional, and social media purposes.
Permission Granted: By enrolling, parents/guardians grant Prolific Sports HQ permission to use their child’s image in these materials.
Opt-Out Option: Parents/guardians who do not wish for their child’s image to be used must provide written notice to Prolific Sports HQ.

Respectful Behavior: All players and parents are expected to demonstrate respect toward coaches, staff, teammates, opponents, and facilities.
Safe Environment: Behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate will not be tolerated.
Right to Remove: Prolific Sports HQ reserves the right to remove any participant from a class or program without refund if conduct violates these standards.
